These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of stays at Puttaparthi Luxury Homestay.
Bookings and Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Check-in and check-out times are specified at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
Approved Refund will be credited to the orginal payment method within 30 days
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
The homestay is a non-smoking property. Smoking may be allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund for guests who violate house rules, cause significant disturbance, or exceed the maximum occupancy of the booked room.
Limitation of Liability
Puttaparthi Luxury Homestay is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, except where such loss is a direct result of our negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page.
